Since
1991, Mr. Guido Cora a gastronomic expert in talian
cuisine was in cooperation with The Continental to
found "Chez Guido Ristorante" the first
and famous Italian Restaurant in HoChiMinh city.
In
1995 he left Continental but in respect for his teaching
the restaurant was still running without his master
and changed to the new name "Venezia Ristorante".

Newly
renovated and re-d by the early May 2003, the
Venezia Restaurant now in capable to eater 100 guests.
Overlooking the municipal theater and the busy DongKhoi
stree. The Venezia Restaurant fromt the older time
has been the "Rendez-vous" for all reporter
and pressmen finding here a cosy place for sensational
news hunting as the Municipal Theater formerly was
the Assembly House of Saigon regime. And in the quiet
corner of the restaurant in 1950 the famous reporter
and writer Graham Green had taken it as his favorable
table to conceive the famous "Quiet American".

Run
by two well experience chefs, Mr Chau Tan Hiep for
Vietnamese exotic Leonard Lafranconi for genuine Italian
cuisine. The Venezia Restaurant has been recommended
the best service with fresh market ingredients and
the most reasonable price to the menu.
